Karen Warner, Founder / Managing Partner

Before founding Tangible Group in 2002, Karen Warner spent nearly three decades in corporate marketing at American Express and IBM, finally serving as vice president of worldwide marketing for Atlas Venture in Boston. Karen coaches and teaches leaders at all levels — from front-line managers to the C-suite. More


Amy Detrick, Integrated Marketing

Amy has eight years of experience in design and marketing. She brings not only a broad knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts and production, but also a strong understanding of integrated marketing trends. Amy recently worked overseas as the international marketing manager for Arean Italia. More

The Tangible Advisory Board

Joel Kurtzman is chairman of Kurtzman Group and author of Global Edge, to be published by Harvard Business School Press. Joel was global lead partner for Thought Leadership and Innovation at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He developed the Opacity Index, which tracks the cost of business risks globally and Paths to Value, which examines how value is created in early stage companies. He is a former editor of both the Harvard Business Review and the New York Times.


Laura Barker Morse is human capital partner for Atlas Venture. Beginning her career with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Laura spent 20 years in technology executive search with Russell Reynolds and Heidrick & Struggles. Laura is a frequent speaker on team building and career planning at leading business schools including Harvard Business School and MIT/Sloan. Laura served for 10 years as a trustee of The Computer Museum, is a member of the Lank Center Visiting Committee at Dana Farber, and is an overseer of the Boston Museum of Science.


Mary Anne Walk is president of Walk & Associates, an executive development firm. Her expertise is executive coaching and corporate strategy. Mary Anne has a master’s degree from MIT. She served as a corporate officer and was a senior human resources leader at AT&T. Her extensive experience includes human resources planning, management succession and development, recruiting and staffing, performance management, organization and job design, and labor relations.
