Behavioral style: Stabilizer/Analyzer
Core values: Strength. Open-heartedness. Loyalty.
Favorite spectator sport: Baseball. A life-long Red Sox Fan, I am thrilled my boys are also enthusiasts and enjoy teaching them how to score a game.
Inspirational moment: I woke one January morning in 1990 and decided I should be able to run one mile for every year I had been alive. My 26th birthday was that April – the same month of the Boston Marathon. I trained for four months and completed the marathon. When I need to trust that I can do anything, I remember that experience.
Favorite children’s book: The Big Orange Splot, a fun and colorful tale of how an unexpected event sparks creativity and inspires others.
Vision: To be the equivalent of Oprah in the coaching community — to have the reach and resources to make a significant impact in the world.
